	status.i4.v = infldc(fldrow.i4.v, fldcol.i4.v, ncols.i4.v)

	INFLD is a logical function which will return TRUE (1) if the
	TV cursor was in a specifed field in the window specified by WID
	the last time the INTYPE routine was called.  The field is specified
	by a starting row (FLDROW), a starting column (FLDCOL) and a number
	of columns (NCOLS).  This routine differs from INFLD in that the row
	and column values are all in window coordinates.  (Note : If the
	window specified is occluded, a value of FALSE is always returned.)
