mecar_ramp_fit_current_to_time (ul_mecarlib)

	status.i4.v = mecar_ramp_fit_current_to_time(current.r4.v,
						     time.r4.r, slot_data.s.r)

	This routine calculates the time into a MECAR ramp segment based
	on the known third order expansion coefficients.

	current		desired current in amps
	accel_state	acceleration state
			(MECAR_ACCELERATION -> acceleration,
			 MECAR_DECELERATION -> deceleration,
			 MECAR_CAPTURE_DEPOSIT -> capture/deposit (DC))
	slot_length	length of ramp segment in seconds
	time		returned time into ramp segment in seconds
	slot_data	MECAR ramp slot data
			(structure of type MECAR_RAMP_SLOT_DATA)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	DIO_OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid acceleration state value was passed
