UL_INCLUDES (ul_includes)

Include Library Help

	This library contains shared console application include files
	that were formerly help in the "cnsappl_inc" directory.  This
	exists only for backwards compatibility for older applications.
	Users of these include files are encouraged to make their own
	private copies of these files in most cases.  If you do this,
	please notify Brian Hendricks or Lin Winterowd of this fact so
	that the file can possibly be removed from this library.  Since
	this library exists only for compatibility reasons, it is hoped
	that gradually the number of files in this library can be
	reduced to zero.

	Note:  When modifying any old application, replace the
	"cnsappl_inc" path with either "clib_include" or "ul_includes",
	whichever is appropriate.  If the include file in question is
	not in either path, it must be used only by your program.  In
	that case, copy the file from "cnsappl_inc" into your MECCA
	directory and submit it as part of your program while removing
	the "cnsappl_inc" path references in your source.  In this case
	also, please notify Brian Hendricks and/or Lin Winterowd.
