	status.i4.v = wn_view_c(window_id.i4.r, min_x.r4.v, min_y.r4.v,
				max_x.r4.v, max_y.r4.v)

	This routine creates and sets the screen limits (virtual coordinates)
	for a graphics window whose ID is returned in "window_id".  The limit
	values ("min_x", "min_y", "max_x", "max_y") are in fraction of screen
	units and should be between 0.0 and 1.0 inclusive.

	window_id	returned window ID
	min_x, min_y	lower left hand corner of window
	max_x, max_y	upper right hand corner of window

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid coordinates specified
	CBS_MEMFAIL		failed in allocating dynamic memory
