	This routine returns graphic window interrupt information.
	For interrupt information to be available, the graphic cursor
	must be active.

	[int_screen]	returned last interrupt screen
			(only meaninful in a PA environment)
			(GXPA_1 -> number "1" graphics screen (default),
			 GXPA_2 -> number "2" graphics screen,
			 GXPA_NONE -> no graphics screen)
			(default is NULL)
	[int_time]	returned last interrupt time in seconds
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	number of interrupts detected
