	This routine returns the present pixel coordinates of the
	graphic cursor relative to a particular window.

	x, y		returned pixel coordinates of present cursor position
	[window_id]	reference window ID
			(default is CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG which will result in
			 the active window being used)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOINIT		active window requested but no active
				window established
	CBS_INVID		requested window does not exist
	CBS_NOT_IN_WINDOW	cursor is not in graphic window
