	status.i4.v = wn_cursor_init_c(window_id.i4.v, x.r4.v, y.r4.v

	This routine enables the graphics cursor and displays it at the
	coordinates and window specified.  The specified window becomes
	the presently active window for graphical operations using
	"wn_xxxx" routines.

	window_id	window ID returned from call to wn_view(_c)
			(use WN_BACKGROUND for background window)
	x, y		world coordinates to position cursor  (The value
			WN_CENTER_IT can be used for one or both coordinates
			to center the cursor in the requested window.)
	[warp_cursor]	flag indicating whether or not to warp the graphic
			cursor to the present graphic window
			(TRUE -> warp the cursor to the graphic window (default),
			 FALSE -> leave the cursor where it is)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid ID value
	CBS_INVID		this window doesn't exist
	CBS_NOSETUP		scaling for this window hasn't been established
	CBS_RANGE		coordinate is not within the limits of
				the requested window or it is invalid for
				the scaling of the requested window
