status.i4.v = window_set_resize_mode_c(window_id.i2.v, mode.i4.v)

	This routine allows control of the window_resize function.
	It can be constrained to only resizing one dimension or be
	allowed to resize in both dimensions.

	window_id	window ID
	mode		window resize mode
			(WMNGR_RESIZE_BOTH -> resize both dimensions (default),
			 WMNGR_RESIZE_HEIGHT -> resize height only,
			 WMNGR_RESIZE_WIDTH -> resize width only,
			 CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG -> simply return the present
					     resizing mode)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	CBS_NO_WINDOW requested window does not exist
	CBS_INVARG undefined mode value or invalid window ID
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	WMNGR_RESIZE_BOTH	previously both dimensions were resized
	WMNGR_RESIZE_HEIGHT	previously only height was resized
	WMNGR_RESIZE_WIDTH	previously only width was resized

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
