did_it.i4.v = window_rectangle_c(window_id.i2.v, row.i4.v, column.i4.v,
					 height.i4.v, width.i4.v, color.i4.v

	This routine draws a rectangle in a TV window by specifying its
	position and size.  This should be used in place of window_box_c
	if the rectangle is to be drawn to the scroll buffer.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	row, column	upper left hand corner of rectangle
	height		height of the rectangle
	width		width of the rectangle
	color		color of rectangle (constants are in 'cnsparam')
	[style]		(LINE_THIN -> thin lined rectangle (default),
			 LINE_THICK -> thick lined rectangle)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			window I/O actually done
	FALSE			no window I/O done
