status.i4.v = window_read_handle_c(window_id.i2.v, handle.i1a.r)

	This routine allows the reading of a window's handle string which
	can be used for identification purposes.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	handle		returned null terminated handle string
			(buffer must be large enough to hold
			 WMNGR_MAX_HANDLE_LEN plus one characters)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID was specified
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
	CBS_NO_SUCH		window doesn't have a handle defined
