status.i4.v = window_occluding_c(window_id.i2.v [,occlude_list.i2p.r])

	This routine determines how many windows are occluded by the
	window indicated by "window_id".  It can also return an array of
	occluding window IDs.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	[occlude_list]	return list of occluded window IDs
			(should be freed by caller)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
	CBS_INVARG		invalid window ID
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	otherwise		number of windows occluded by the requested
