status.i4.v = window_disable_window_callbacks()

	This routine allows the programmer to disable previously registered
	window callbacks from executing.  These callbacks affect operations
	such as moving, resizing, and restacking windows.  This routine can
	be utilized to prevent infinite callback loops.

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			callbacks were previously enabled
	FALSE			callbacks were previously disabled
