status.i4.v = window_disable_scroll_save_c(window_id.i2.v

	This routine allows the programmer to disable automatic saving
	of text that has been scrolled out of a window. This will also
	disable direct I/O to the scroll buffer and will delete any text
	presently contained in the scroll buffer. Scroll buffer saving
	is enabled when a window is created.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	[scroll_size]	number of lines in the scroll buffer outside
			of the visible window (default (CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG) is 0)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG invalid window ID was specified
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		window doesn't exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	TRUE scroll buffer saving was previously enabled
	FALSE scroll buffer saving was previously disabled

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h

	C/C++ usage:

	short	window_id;
	int	status;
	int	scroll_size = 0;

	status = window_disable_scroll_save_c(window_id,scroll_size);
