This routine returns the name of the process which started the
	calling process.  This is the name of the process which called
	chgpgm(_c) to start the process.  This can allow a program to
	determine if it was started remotely by another program as opposed
	to being started by a user from the index page.

	process_name	returned name of process which started the calling
			process (PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)
