str_to_sql_expression

	std::string str_to_sql_expression(std::string const input,
					  std::string const column
					  [,and_terms.i4.v])

	This routine returns the input string converted to a SQL search
	condition on the specified column. E.g., the input "MI's BPM" with
	column "title" will result in the following output being returned:
	"title like '%MI''s%' or title like '%BPM%'"

	input		string to convert to a Sybase SQL search condition
	column		column name used in the condition
	[and_terms]	'and' any terms instead 'or'ing them together
			(TRUE -> 'and' any terms together,
			 FALSE -> 'or' any terms together (default))

	This function returns status values as follows:

	input string converted to Sybase SQL conditional expression
