	This routine will add a request for quota/usage information.

	max_disk_areas	maximum number of disk areas to return
	work_area	Save/Restore work area array initialized by srwain
			call in which the request list is being built
	retrieval_index	retrieval index for the returned data. This value must
			be saved for use with srget/srgeti calls.
	error		standard ACNET error/success return

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	SAV_RST_ILWORK		invalid work area
	SAV_RST_WORK_FULL	request failed
	SAV_RST_xxx		Save/restore error
