	This routine returns file indices corresponding to SDA
	file numbers.  These indices can then be used to access
	the SDA system.

	sda_usage	null terminated SDA usage string
			(If a value of NULL is passed for this argument,
			 a value of 'ColliderShot' will be used.)
	num_files	number of file categories to search
	file_numbers	file number(s) to convert
	file_indices	returned file indices

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid data source or case number
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_INVLEN		too much data requested
	negative value		ACNET format error indicating overall failure
