status.i4.v = seqnet_send_status_message(request_id.i4.v, color.i4.v,
						 [,value_1, value_2, ...])

This routine sends a status message to the Sequencer. This message
will be displayed in the "Messages" window of the Sequencer. The
calling task must be processing a request from the Sequencer at
the time that this message is sent. A previous call to
	seqnet_connection is required. See seqnet_an_introduction
	for more details.

request_id	request ID of the original request
color color of text message (Note: If the color is RED,
it will be treated by the error trace routines
and some other facilities as an error.)
			(constants are in 'cnsparam')
	options message options (not used)
format_string	null terminated string which contains the
characters to be written literally or converted
as specified by the optional value arguments
[value_1...]	optional values which correspond to conversion
			expressions in the format string

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
CBS_NOINT not currently connected to seqnet
	CBS_INVTYP invalid request ID
	ACNET_xxx failed to send message

This function requires the following include files:

	seqnet_h, acnet_errors_h
