max_indices.u2.v = pdimax()

	This function is used to return the maximum primary and common
	transform indices currently in use by Scaling Services.

	This function returns status values as follows:

	byte array returning max transform indices
	(1st byte (low)  -> max primary index
	 2nd byte (high) -> max common index)
