	This routine finds all parameter page subpages which contain
	a given ACL command.  The returned data arrays are allocated by
	this routine and should be freed by the caller.

	acl_string	ACL command string (null terminated)
	subpage_text	returned parameter page subpage text
			(PARAMPAGE_SUBPAGE_TEXT_LEN characters per entry)
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if no text is desired.)
	subpage_data	returned parameter page subpage data
			(array of structures of type PARAMPAGE_SUBPAGE_DATA)
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if no subpage data is desired.)
	num_subpages	returned number of subpages found
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if this information is not needed.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no pages matching the requested ACL command found
	SQL_xxx			error accessing parameter page information
