lxstring_c(x.i4.v, y.i4.v, text.i1a.r, num_chars.i4.v, color.i4.v,
		   [,size.i4.v] [,rotation.i4.v] [,backgd_color.i4.v])

	This routine allows the user to display a string of characters
	on the current graphics screen from a user-definable font.

	x, y		position of lower left hand corner of character
	text		text string to be displayed
	num_chars	number of characters to display (If a value of
			zero is passed, characters will be displayed until
			a null character is reached.)
	color		color of character (constants are in cnsparam)
	[size]		character size (1-LXFONT_MAXSIZ) (default is 1)
	[rotation]	character rotation
			(LXFONT_LEFT_TO_RIGHT -> left to right (default),
			 LXFONT_UP -> first character at bottom,
			 LXFONT_DOWN -> first character at the top,
			 LXFONT_RIGHT_TO_LEFT -> upside down and backwards)
	[backgd_color]	background color
			(default is LXFONT_NOBACK which leaves the
			 background as it is)
