interrupt.i4.v = LXCINT()

	This routine returns non-zero if there is an interrupt pending in a
 	graphics window, FALSE if not. Any application expecting interrupts
	in a graphics window should interrogate LXCINT periodically. When
	LXCINT returns true, the next call to LXCURS inquiring of the cursor
	position will return the x,y where the interrupt occurred.
	Bits 3-15 of the returned value contain the X key modifier state bits.
