logger_node_to_name_c

	status.i4.v = logger_node_to_name_c(node.i4.v, logger_name.i1a.r)

	This routine converts an ACNET node value to its corresponding
	data logger name (if any).

	node		ACNET node
			(constants are in 'nodedefs')
	logger_name	returned null terminated data logger name

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NO_SUCH requested node is not a data logger node
	SQL_xxx			error accessing database

	This function requires the following include files:

	nodedefs_h, clib_h, acnet_errors_h
