	This routine retrieves all ACNET devices referenced by a given
	Lex SA.  The returned data array is allocated by this routine
	and should be freed by the caller.

	lex_sa_name	null terminated Lex SA name
			(LEXT_PROG_NAME_LEN characters)
	num_devices	returned number of devices found
	device_info	returned device information
			(array of structures of type LEXT_PROG_DEVICE_INFO)
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if no device information is desired.)
			(This array should be freed by the caller.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no objects containing ACNET devices were found
	SQL_xxx			error accessing Lex SA information
