	in_box.i4.v = in_window_box_c(window_id.i2.v, top_row.i4.v,
				      num_rows.i4.v, left_column.i4.v,

	This routine will return a value of TRUE if the TV cursor was in
	a specified box in the indicated window the last time the
	window_intype routine was called.  The box is specified by a
	starting row inside the window ("top_row"), a number of rows
	("num_rows"), a starting column inside the window ("left_column")
	and a number of columns ("num_columns").  The top left character
	inside the window border is row 1, column 1.  The top left character
	of a borderless window is row 0, column 0.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	top_row		top row of box
	num_rows	number of rows in box
	left_column	left column of box
	num_columns	number of columns in box

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			interrupt was in the window region
	FALSE			interrupt was not in the window region
