hscode(house_name.i1a.r, house_code.i2.r, translation.i2.r [,node.i2.r]

	This routine translates two-character ASCII house names to codes
	and vice versa.  This is a synchronous routine.  It doesn't return
	until it is done, at which point you can check the status.  It will
	perform a network transfer every time you call it with a different

	house_name	ASCII house name (HOUSE_NAME_LEN characters)
	house_code	house code
	translation	translation direction
			(HSCODE_NAME_TO_CODE -> convert house name to
						house code,
			 HSCODE_CODE_TO_NAME -> convert house code to
						house name)
	[node]		front end logical node number (default is TEV)
	[status]	returned standard ACNET status value
			(OK -> success,
			 CLIB_INVARG -> invalid house code passed,
			 CLIB_NO_SUCH -> no such node or house)
