	This routine draws a calculated trace on a Fast Time Plot (FTP).

	program_slot	program slot of Fast Time Plot
			(SA_SLOT -> SA,
			 SB_SLOT -> SB,
			 SC_SLOT -> SC,
			 SD_SLOT -> SD,
			 SE_SLOT -> SE)
	trace_number	trace number to map to (1-4)
	color		curve color (constants are in cnsparam)
			(If a value of FTP_DEFAULT_COLOR is passed, the
			 color used will be the one for the corresponding
			 device trace.)
	label		ASCII label describing calculated trace
			(FTP_LABEL_LEN characters)
	y_minimum	minimum Y value for calculated trace
	y_maximum	maximum Y value for calculated trace
	num_points	number of points to plot
	points		array of points (FTP_POINT structures)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid number of points, trace number,
				or program slot
	ACNET_xxx		communication failure with Fast Time Plot
