	This routine will return the type of a given front end.

	node		front end node (constants are in 'nodedefs')
	request_type	type of request
			(FE_ARCHITECTURE_TYPE -> return architecture type,
			 FE_SYSTEM_TYPE -> return the type of system
					   the front end supports)
	fe_type		returned type of front end
			(constants are in 'fe_types')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid request type passed
	CLIB_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	CLIB_INVTYP		requested node is not a front end
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no information for the requested node exists
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving node information from the
