old_limit.i4.v = error_printf_limit_c(printf_limit.i4.v)

	This routine sets the limit of the number of error messages that
	will be displayed in a nonconsole environment.

	printf_limit	number of error messages to allow in a nonconsole
			environment (Note: Passing a value of
			ERR_NO_PRINTF_LIMIT will will allow an unlimited
			number of messages.)

	This function returns status values as follows:
