status.i4.v = error_is_occluded()

	This routine determines whether or not the present error display
	window which was created by an earlier call to error_init(_c) is
	occluded by another window.

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	TRUE			error display window is occluded
	FALSE			error display window is not occluded
	CBS_NOSETUP		error display has not been initialized
	CBS_NOTYET		not using window manager
	CLIB_NOTCNSINST		not running in console environment

	This function requires the following include files:
