	This routine returns the full device name corresponding to a
	terse device name.

	terse_names	device terse name or an array of terse names
			(allow dio_get_terse_name_length characters per entry)
			(Note:  This routine will handle either concatenated
			 device names, or device names separated by one or
			 more null characters.)
	full_names	returned device full name or an array of full names
			(allow DEVICE_FULL_NAME_LEN characters per device)
	[num_devices]	number of devices (default is 1)
	[errors]	returned ACNET status value or array of status values
			(default is NULL)
	[options]	device index retrieval options
			(DIO_NAME_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 DIO_NAME_OPT_ALLOW_OBSOLETE -> want device indices of
							obsoleted and deleted
			 DIO_NAME_OPT_ALLOW_PREVIOUS -> want device indices of
							previous device names
							(before device renaming),

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid number of devices passed
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	negative value		ACNET format error indicating overall failure
	positive value		number of devices in error indicating partial
