	This routine returns the intrinsic analog alarm limit type for a node.

	node		node of interest
	limit_type	returned analog alarm limit type
			(DIO_NOMTOL -> nominal and tolerance,
			 DIO_MINMAX -> minimum and maximum,
			 DIO_USER_LIMIT_TYPE -> use limit type specified in
						the database for each device,
			 DIO_ALARMS_NOT_SUPPORTED -> alarms are not supported
						     by this node)
			(constants are in 'diolib')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid node requested
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no information for the requested node exists
	CLIB_NOTYET		requested node is not yet supported
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving node information from the
