	This routine writes raw data into the current DIO memory pool.
	No values will be written with partial success within a list
	of devices.

	num_devices	number of devices to write
	device_indices	device indices to write
	properties	property indices to write
	lengths		data lengths in bytes
	offsets		data offsets in bytes 
	raw_data	raw writing data
	errors		returned device errors
	options		writing options (not used)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	negative value		overall ACNET error
	positive value		number of devices in error
