	This routine returns the physical location of MADCs.

	madc_number	MADC index number
	node		MADC front end node (constants are in 'nodedefs')
	crate		returned crate number
			(HRM MADCs will return a value of 0 for this argument.)
	slot		returned slot number
			(HRM MADCs will return a value of 0 for this argument.)
	[madc_type]	returned MADC type
			(0 -> HRM,
			 190 -> CAMAC 190 module,
			 290 -> CAMAC 290 module)
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		unsupported front end node
	DIO_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	DIO_NO_SUCH		MADC doesn't exist
	DIO_GENERR		error reading front end MADC table
