					  num_values.i4.v, options.u4.v)

	This routine will convert DEC format floating point values
	(single or double precision) to the corresponding IEEE 754-1985
	floating point value.

	dec_floats	DEC format floating point number(s)
	ieee_floats	returned IEEE format floating point number(s)
			(Note: This can be the same array as "dec_floats"
			 if you want to convert the values in place.)
	num_values	number of values to convert (must be >0)
	options		conversion options
			(IEEE_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 IEEE_OPT_DOUBLE_VALUES -> source and destination
						   values are double precision
						   floats (default is single),
			 IEEE_OPT_BIG_ENDIAN -> treat the source as though it
						has come from a big endian
						processor whose values have
						already been byte swapped)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid number of values
