daweek(date.i2a.r, day_of_week.i2.r)

This routine computes the day of week for a given date. It gives
correct results for dates from 1901 to 2099.
	This routine is deprecated:
	1. It uses an array as input instead of a more modern struct.
	2. It has a limited range because it does not honor the full leap year
	3. Passing a properly initialized struct tm to Linux mktime would be
a better alternative. mktime will compute the correct day of week
for a wider range of years.

date array containing the input date as follows:
			Word Contents
			---- --------
			 1 Years since 1900
			 2 Month (1-12)
			 3 Day (1-31)
	day_of_week	returned day of week
			(DOW_MONDAY = Monday, ..., DOW_SUNDAY = Sunday)
