cvh(input.i1a.r, num_chars.i2.r, output_buffer.i1a.r, start_index.i2.r

	This routine will convert a binary value into hexadecimal characters.
	The characters will be placed in the user's byte buffer starting at
	the character position specified by "start_index" (first character is
	position 1).

	input		data to convert
	num_chars	number of characters to convert (2*number of bytes)
	output_buffer	returned ASCII buffer
	start_index	starting output character in "output_buffer"
			(starts at 1)
	[fill_char]	ASCII character to fill out buffer (default is BLANK)
