	is_up.i4.v = check_for_sa_c(task.i1a.r, slot.i4.v)

	This routine will check to see if a secondary application
	is running in a given console process slot.

	task		ASCII process name (PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)
	slot		process slot
			(SA_SLOT -> SA secondary application,
			 SB_SLOT -> SB secondary application,
			 SC_SLOT -> SC secondary application,
			 SD_SLOT -> SD secondary application,
			 SE_SLOT -> SE secondary application)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	FALSE			invalid slot specified or SA not found
	PGM_LOADING		process is being created
	PGM_INITIALIZING	process is processing initialization interrupt
	PGM_RUNNING		process is up and running
