					  [,next_char.i1.r] [,text_length.i4.v])

	This routine will calculate the maximum number of characters
	that will fit on a line of length "max_length" without breaking
	at a word boundary.

	text		text to be broken
	max_length	maximum number of characters to put on the line
	num_chars	returned number of characters in the line
	[term_char]	special termination character to look for
			(default is BLANK)
	[next_char]	returned next character in the string
			(default is NULL)
	[text_length]	total length of text buffer
			(default is 0 which results in the text buffer
			 being limited only by "max_length")

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			successfully broke the string
	FALSE			string was too int to fit on line
