status.i4.v = get_070_raw_c(device_index.i4.v, num_times.i4.v,
				    times.i4a.r [,frame.i4.v])

	This routine reads raw time values from an 070 module. If it is
	successful, it returns the number of times read.

	device_index	device index of 070
	num_times	maximum number of times to return
			(valid values range from 1 to C070_MAX_TIMES)
	times array of returned raw time values
	[frame]		desired frame number
			(values range from C070_MIN_FRAME to C070_MAX_FRAME)
			(default is C070_MIN_FRAME)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	DIO_BADARG invalid number of times or invalid frame
	DIO_CORRUPT data in 070 has been corrupted
	<0			other ACNET error
	otherwise		number of values returned
