	This routine returns the interrupt level in a C465/6/7/8/0 module
	or list of modules containing the selected TCLK event.

	main_devices	names of base (no suffix) 465 devices
	event		TCLK event (constants are in 'tclk_events')
			(do not specify EVENT_NULL or EVENT_NOOP)
	levels		returned interrupt level or array of levels
			(CBS_NO_SUCH -> event not found,
			 >0 -> interrupt level (starting at 1))
	errors		returned ACNET status value or array of status values
	num_devices	number of devices

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_INVARG		invalid root name (no blanks) or event
	CBS_INVSIZ		invalid family size (database entry error)
	CBS_INVTYP		device is not a C465 module
	CBS_NO_SUCH		family device not found
	negative value		other ACNET error
	positive value		number of devices not having the requested
