	This routine sets a BPM detector status value for the machine
	last requested by a call to bpm_machine_c.

	detector	null terminated detector name
	plane		detector plane
			(BPM_HORZ -> horizontal plane,
			 BPM_VERT -> vertical plane)
	detector_status	detector status value
			(BPM_GOOD -> good detector,
			 BPM_OUT_OF_SERVICE -> detector is out of service)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		not yet supported for the active machine
	CBS_NO_SUCH		detector doesn't exist
	SQL_xxx			database access error
