	This routine determines if BPM turn by turn triggering is enabled
	for the machine last requested by a call to bpm_machine_c.

	[house]		name of house to control (If a value of NULL is
			passed for this argument, all turn by turn timers
			for the current machine will be affected.)
			(default is NULL)
	[enable_info]	additional information for enabling/disabling
			(BPM_MAIN_INJECTOR -> structure of type
			 BPM_RECYCLER -> structure of type
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	TRUE			turn by turn triggering is enabled
	FALSE			turn by turn triggering is disabled
	CBS_INVARG		invalid house string passed
	CBS_NOTYET		not supported for the currently selected
	otherwise		other ACNET error
