status.i4.v = bpm_get_offsets(horz_offsets.r4a.r [,vert_offsets.r4a.r])

	This routine retrieves BPM detector offsets for the machine last
	requested by a call to bpm_machine_c.  (Note:  For Main Injector
	only, if the "off" plane is currently selected for the BPMs, this
	routine will return the "off" plane offsets.)

	horz_offsets	array of horizontal detector offset values in mm
	[vert_offsets]	array of vertical detector offset values in mm
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		not yet supported for the active machine
	otherwise		Filesharing error
