	This routine returns information about a BPM from its name.
	See bpm_machine_c.

	name		null terminated BPM name to search for
	num_returned	returned number of matching detectors
	[bpm_info]	returned BPM information
			(array of structures of type BPM_SEARCH_DATA)
			(The memory for this argument is returned by
			 this routine and should be freed by the caller.)
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NOTYET		BLM names are not available for the
				requested machine
	otherwise		SQL error
