Spawned_acl Abstract

Usage :  This program allows the caller to execute ACL scripts asynchronously.
	 It is started up as the result of a call to the CLIB routine
	 'spawn_acl_script_c'.

Restart: This is not a constantly running process.  It is executed on
	 demand using the CLIB routine shown above in the usage section.
