Usage : MONITR is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which reports alarms on monitored services, typically front-ends, clients, and engines that do not respond to pings. This OAC supports devices named J:nnnnnn where 'nnnnnn' is the ACNET node name. These devices alarm when the guaranteed readable device for that front end does not respond for a specified period of time. You can view log files for MONITR in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'. Restart: MONITR is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
