Lxmgr Abstract

Usage :  LXMGR is the console X-Window graphics manager.  It
	  is interfaced through the console shared library.
	  (see CLIBH GRAPHICS).  There is one lxmgr for each
	  console instance.

Restart:  This process will be restarted on a CNSRUN.
