Jaers Abstract

Usage :   JAERS is a Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	  supports managing alarms similarly to page D59.  It provides
	  output in HTML/XML format over HTTP.  You can view log files
	  for JAERS in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.

Restart:  JAERS is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
