Ipadc Abstract

Usage :  IPADC is the Java Open Access Client (OAC) process which
	 supports interfacing A/D converters over IP.  You can view
	 log files for IPADC in the directory 'daesrv\\engines\files\oac'.

Restart: IPADC is restarted when its DAE is restarted.
